Who's it for?: Support and guidance to establish or improve daytime napping and nighttime sleep, for parents of newborns through age 4 offered by phone.
Details: Our experienced infant and toddler sleep consultants provide personalized guidance for sleep challenges and routines, always taking into account your family’s unique situation, parenting style, daytime/nighttime routines and your baby or toddler's specific needs and responses.
- Call Isis to begin the consult process. You'll be asked to complete an online intake form and return it to the sleep consultant at least 24 hours before your scheduled phone appointment.
- The intake form provides detailed data collection and assessment of your situation and goals and your child’s nighttime and daytime patterns and sleep associations.
- Our sleep experts work with you to create a highly personalized sleep plan for daytime napping and/or nighttime sleep, including tips for implementation that fit within the family's parenting style.
- Consultations may be for specific issues: daytime napping and nap transitions, childcare and caregiver sleep concerns, bedtime challenges, night wakings, frequent night feedings, too early or too late bedtime or morning wake up times, or, for overall or generalized infant toddler sleep concerns.
- Follow up calls (30 minutes) are available for ongoing adjustments, questions and support.
- Phone appointments may be scheduled for daytime or evening, weekdays or weekends, based on your preference and availability.
- When two parents are involved in nighttime care, it’s beneficial for both to participate.
Registration Information:
- Call 781.429.1500 to schedule a Sleep Consult.
- You'll be provided with an online sleep questionnaire and brief sleep/nap log to complete prior to your consultation.
- Consult Length: Approximately 50 minutes. ($129 or $116.10 for Members)
- A cancellation or switch within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or a no-show for the consultation call, will incur a $25 fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact our Client Consult Line at 781-429-1500.
- Additional Follow Up support for established clients is available in 30 min. segments. ($69 or $62.10 for Members)
