Policy > Cancellation Policy (non-weather related)

On occasion, due to instructor illness or a facilities-related event, Isis Parenting is forced to cancel a class. Please see the listings below to understand the specific make-up policies related to your particular situation. Please know we are committed to your education and will make every effort for you to make-up your canceled class.

New Moms Groups
If Isis Parenting cancels one of these class sessions we will either schedule a make-up class or arrange for a make-up in another class series.

Child Development Classes and Child Activity Classes
If Isis Parenting cancels one of these class sessions you may make it up by dropping into another class session of the same class type.

One Day Classes
If Isis Parenting cancels a single-session class, we will offer you the option of switching into another scheduled class of the same type. If there are not enough spaces in upcoming classes we will make add a class to accommodate you. If we can’t find a class to meet your needs, we will provide a store credit or refund.

Multi-Week Childbirth Education Classes
If Isis Parenting cancels one of the classes in a childbirth series we will either add a make-up class at the end of the series or work directly with the class to either start earlier or end later for the remaining class sessions. The instructors will also condense the content to fit the remaining classes.
