Isis Parenting's executive team has decades of experience across the perinatal health care and products spectrum. Our professional backgrounds range from health care policy and finance to maternity care and retail operations. We are committed to continuing to provide the highest level of educational and product service and support in a connected and nurturing environment.

	Heather Coughlin President & CEO Heather was named CEO of Isis Parenting in 2011 after two years serving as Isis’ Vice President, Business Development. Heather joined Isis after many years as a loyal Isis client with a desire to help the founding team prepare for growth. Heather also currently serves on the Board of the March of Dimes. Before Isis, Heather spent nine years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she most recently helped launch a start-up venture, Hudson Street, which created a new distribution model for the investment research industry. Prior to this role, Heather worked in the Goldman Sachs institutional equity sales division. She began her career at The Advisory Board in Washington, D.C. where she managed a sales territory and institutional relationships. Heather has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University. When not working with the Isis team, she is busy with her husband and their two young children, Liam and Reagan.
	Allison McCabe Vice President, Merchandising & Center Experience Allison currently leads the merchandising effort for Isis Parenting and the center experience in our Boston-area centers, after joining Isis in 2009 to run retail product merchandising. As a "dyed in the wool" merchant, she spent 17 years at Talbots in a variety of merchandising roles including buyer for Talbots Kids,  directing Accessories and Shoes for stores and catalog, and leading International Merchandising, Stores and Operations(Canada, U.K. and liaison with Talbots Japan.) Most recently, Allison was Managing Director of Store Administration for all Talbots stores. Prior to Talbots, Allison began in the Executive Training Program ultimately ending up as buyer for of Bridge and Better Sportswear at Jordan Marsh. She has a BA in Economics from Wellesley College. Allison lives in Jamaica Plain with her husband, Conall, where they raised their boys, Liam and Seamus and continue to provide them parental guidance (when requested).
	Nick Newlin Vice President, Marketing & Digital Experience Nick has spent the past 15 years in the educational services and technology space. His experience spans the leadership, development, and marketing of educational products and services. Most recently, Nick served as Director of Consumer Products and Services at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where he was charged with developing and bringing new consumer educational products to market. During this time he also served as Co-Lead of Houghton Mifflin's Web Strategy Team. Prior to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Nick held positions at Blackboard Inc., Elluminate Inc., and The Princeton Review. At The Princeton Review Nick served as Executive Director of Princeton Review Online where he led the online course division. Nick holds a BA in Anthropology and Art History from the University of Delaware. Nick and his wife Sarah live in Charlestown with their three young children, son Gilly and twin daughters Lucy and Phoebe. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with his family and dreaming of the day when he can sail up the New England coast with his children as crew.
	Nancy Holtzman RN, BSN, IBCLC, CPN Vice President, Clinical Content & Learning Nancy leads clinical content at Isis Parenting and was instrumental in the creation of Isis Parenting's prenatal and new parent programs, helping to develop the Isis experience and vision since its very earliest stages. Nancy is a maternal-infant developmental specialist, board certified lactation consultant and board certified pediatric nurse. She has spent the past 22 years working with new families in the Boston area, and speaks and writes nationally on topics ranging from breastfeeding to infant development and sleep. Nancy is the original founder of Great Beginnings, a program that has supported well over 12,000 Boston-area new mothers in the past 16 years. Nancy lives in Boston with her husband, two teens and a rescued Bichon Frise.
	Sandy Tierney Vice President, People Sandy has extensive background in the specialty retail industry, and was most recently Director of Store Communication for Talbots, where she also served in a Human Resources capacity within the Business Development team created to support a number of complex strategic initiatives. Prior to Talbots, she was Director of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS for J. Jill, and held a number of key roles within Human Resources both there and at Child World. Sandy lives in Easton with her husband and three children.
	Chris Just MSN, CNM Executive Director, Prenatal Education Chris is responsible for overseeing the clinical component of the prenatal education programs at Isis and is actively involved with our hospital partnerships and community outreach. She is a certified nurse-midwife with over 20 years of maternity care experience in educational and clinical roles. Chris is co-creator of Mind Body Birth by Isis and a board member of MA Healthy Mothers and Healthy Babies. She is also a member of the MA Special Legislative Commission on PPD Public Education sub-committee and a member of the MA Perinatal Quality Collaborative Educational/Communication sub-committee. Her focus is on increasing access to relevant, evidenced-based education through on-site and online education, scholarships, community classes and social media. A former Peace Corps Honduras volunteer, Chris is also dedicated to coordinating educational services for underserved populations. Chris received a MSN from Yale University and a BA from Middlebury College. She enjoys time with her husband, Jim, and they are proud parents of a young daughter and son.
	Gregg Dion Vice President, Finance With more than 20 years of senior financial experience Gregg is responsible for all financial and fiscal management of the company’s operations. Prior to joining Isis he worked at Venture Advisors providing senior level financial advisory and management services to emerging venture capital backed technology and service companies. While there, Gregg worked as a consultant to Isis providing financial management support for two years before joining Isis full time. Earlier in his career he was CFO at Canopy International, an enterprise application integration and supply chain management service’s company. Prior to Canopy he had a 10-year career at medical device leader Boston Scientific Corp., holding financial management positions in both domestic and international operations. Gregg holds an MBA from Bentley College and a BS in Finance from Northeastern University. Gregg and his wife Julie are proud and appreciative parents of their son Mitchell.
	Johanna Myers McChesney Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor  Jo is the Co-Founder of Isis Parenting and served as CEO from 2006 until Fall 2011. She has more than thirteen years of management experience in the health care industry. Prior to co-founding Isis Parenting, she worked in the strategy consulting practice at Accenture, where she helped health care and other clients to address their strategic business and technology needs. Previously, Jo was a project director at Harvard University's Medical School and School of Public Health where she conducted health care policy research on issues including health care quality and access to health care for underserved populations. Jo received her MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BA from Kenyon College. She and her husband are the proud parents of two outstanding little boys – Jackson and Tyler.
