Isis Program Leaders are each experts in their fields and are responsible for developing the content, instructors and offerings of their program areas.

Pregnancy & Wellness Program Leader
Becky Morgan CCE, HBCE, CH, LMT
Becky has been working with expectant women and their families for many years as a childbirth educator, hypnotherapist, massage therapist, and former doula. She is the Pregnancy & Welness Program Lead at Isis Parenting and co-creator of Mind Body Birth by Isis. Becky is certified by the Boston Association of Childbirth Education, the HypnoBirthing Institute, and the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Early Parenting Program Leader
Marena Burnett
A member of the Isis Parenting team for the past five years, Marena oversees the Early Parenting programs and is privileged to guide new moms in her Great Beginnings, Next Step Baby, Second Time Moms and Caterpillars groups - and hundreds of new mothers and babies feel the same way about being a part of her groups. She is the mother of four fabulous kids.

Breastfeeding Support Program Leader
Beth Sargent, IBCLC
Beth brings over 20 years of experience working with breastfeeding families to her practice at Isis Maternity. She is a past president of the Boston Association for Childbirth Education/Nursing Mothers' Council (BACE/NMC) and currently sits on its Board of Directors. As a member of the NMC Training Committee, she teaches breastfeeding classes and develops programs to educate healthcare professionals about lactation management. As a private practice lactation consultant for the past six years, she has specialized in in-home consultations for breastfeeding families. Beth is the mother of three children.

Childbirth Education Program Leader
Chris Just, MSN, CNM, Certified Yoga Instructor
Chris has been involved with Isis from conception to birth and beyond. She created and oversees many of the prenatal education programs at Isis and also oversees hospital and community outreach. She is a registered nurse, certified nurse midwife and certified yoga instructor with more than 15 years of maternity care experience in both educational and clinical roles. She has attended over 500 births and taught hundreds of parent/childbirth education classes for several organizations, including Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Cambridge Hospital. Chris served in the Peace Corps in Honduras and is fluent in Spanish. She received a MSN from Yale University and a BA from Middlebury College. Chris enjoys time with her husband, Jim, and they are proud parents of a young daughter and son.

CPR and First Aid Program Leader
Teresa Stewart, MS MPH
Teresa holds a MS in Child Development from Wheelock College and an MPH in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University School of Public Health. She is certified by the American Heart Association as a CPR and First Aid instructor. She combines those areas of expertise to help parents understand why our infants do all the mysterious things they do and how to keep them healthy and safe. Teresa is the mother to a preschool-age daughter and infant son and understands the joys and challenges of parenting.
