Are groups and classes covered by insurance?
|
| Insurance coverage for prenatal education classes varies widely depending on health plan and on the benefits provided by an employer. While many plans will provide partial reimbursement for some educational expenses, few plans cover the entire cost of a class. Isis Parenting will provide you the documentation needed (certificate of completion, receipt of payment) for you to submit a claim to your insurance company after your class is complete. Please remember to save your Isis Parenting payment receipt that you receive when you register for classes. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly if you have any questions. |
Can I bring my baby to class?

| All of our postpartum yoga and fitness classes welcome non-mobile babies. Some classes include baby stretches and massage and others bring the babies into the exercise routine. We try to be as flexible and adaptive as we can be. Most prenatal classes are designed for first-time parents who have not had their baby yet. |

Why can't I bring my nanny or mother/father to my New Moms Group or Time for Dads class?
|
| We strive to offer a supportive environment where every new parent feels comfortable sharing the joys and challenges of this special time. Because of the intimate nature of many of the discussions, we do reserve our Early Parenting groups for new moms and babies and Time for Dads for fathers and babies. Friendships begin on day one of the group and a true sense of trust, support and community develops over the course of the series. We feel it is important to restrict visitors in the classroom to foster this unique group experience and we offer a cozy spot in each of our centers for your guests. Great Beginnings, Next Step Baby Group, Second Time Moms, Time for Dads. |
