 Liz B.
Liz is a Social Worker and Early Intervention Specialist with many years of experience working with young children and families. She earned her bachelor’s degree in child and family studies from Syracuse University and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Liz currently teaches a variety of classes that are part of Isis Parenting's Child Development Program and takes delight in bringing her enthusiasm and experience to the little ones and their caregivers in class.
Prior to joining the Isis Parenting team in 2008, Liz spent her time working at an early intervention program. There, she conducted home visits and provided counseling, support and resources to families. She also prepared lesson plans for toddler groups. Liz is currently the proud mother of two wonderful children and is enjoying being actively involved in their elementary school years. When she is not teaching, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
