Celebrate your pregnancy in the company of other expectant women, build strength and flexibility, learn breathing and relaxation techniques and reduce aches and physical discomforts associated with pregnancy. Many of the techniques practiced in class are helpful during labor and birth as well. No prior yoga experience is needed.
- Purchase a 10-Class Fitness Pass for better savings and convenience.
- The same fitness pass may be used for all fitness/yoga classes offered.
- Each class ends in guided relaxation to deepen the release of tension and fatigue.
- With practice, these elements help you to move through pregnancy, birth and into the postpartum period with greater comfort and flexibility.
- Classes are open to women in all stages of pregnancy and fitness level whether or not you have practiced yoga before.
- Drop in format makes it easy to attend when it’s convenient for your schedule.
