Mom & Baby Yoga offers quality time with your body and your baby! Rebalance your body and rejuvenate your energy while enjoying time with your baby and building social connections with other new moms. Babies are gently and safely incorporated into the class as observers or active participants using soothing massage, yoga poses and songs, movements and stretches to engage and delight.
- Purchase a 10-Class Fitness Pass for better savings and convenience.
- Enhance your sense of body awareness and positive body image, improve balance, strengthen muscles and reduce stress and fatigue.
- This class is open to moms four weeks post-vaginal birth, six weeks post-cesarean birth and to babies who are not actively crawling.
- Nursing, feeding, walking, bouncing and soothing fussy babies are perfectly normal activities here.
- Open to all levels of fitness – for moms anytime post baby (four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth).
- Drop-in format makes it easy to attend when it's convenient for your schedule.
- Enjoy the camaraderie and connection with other new moms and babies.
- Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle for yourself and a blanket and a few soft toys for your child.
- Mats are provided or bring your own.

- Drop In Format: Register at desk prior to class. Arrive early as class size is limited.
