Now that you’re settling into a routine and (hopefully) getting a little more sleep, it’s time to have some more fun. You can still work out without leaving baby behind, have fun in our developmental and activity playgroups, and make lots of new friends right where you are in life.
| Mom & Baby Yoga - Take four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth with babies who are not actively crawling |
| Isis Abs - Practice exercises that are essential for strengthening your core. Take anytime post baby (minimum of four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth). Babies who are not actively crawling are welcome as observers. |
